Inspiration of the collection involved Daisies (1966), Wavy Gravy, The Crow Indian Powwow, Dactylography, America, Diary of a Drug Fiend by Aleister Crowley, Hells Angels' Old Ladies, Alfred Hitchcock Presents, Hot Springs, Acid Tests, Dollywood, and Smoke Bombs.
